Listed states are: Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin. Farm Rich announced its voluntary recall of several frozen snack products after the company was connected to an outbreak of E. coli O121 affecting at least 24 people in 15 states.
