Frankfurters Recalled in Canada Due to Listeria Concern

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Glatt’s Kosher Meat Products of Montreal are

warning the public not to consume certain Glatt’s brand Beef Frankfurters Jumbo BBQ because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

There have been no reported illnesses.

The recalled product, Glatt’s brand Beef Frankfurters Jumbo BBQ, is sold in 375 g packages with the UPC 0 55627 00203 6 and a best-before date of 12AL21.

The frankfurters were distributed in Ontario and Quebec.
