Sunday Edition: In the spotlight

Quick bites from around the food safety arena this week

In February, we did a deep dive on so-called “forever chemicals.” Those are PFAS, which stands for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. These chemicals are resistant to heat, water and oil. Here’s what’s happened recently.

We’ll be back next week with more insights and perspective about food safety.
