Hello I recieved a notice from costco saying this was being recalled. I am writing this because I purchased this item 2 different times. Around the time that I was eating the first container I ended up ( not knowing what was causing it) with severe stomach pains for a few days before going to the emergency room. I ended up eating both containers. I live in palm beach county florida.

I too bought this item from Costco in Norfolk,Va on 3-2-2015. After eating it I became very sick with throwing up diairrea, bad stomach cramps and ended up in the hospital. My husband also got sick but not as bad as I did. The product was very good-what a shame. I will never buy it again. I was very very sick for 4 days and it actually took about 7 days to feel better

  • Frustrated

I also purchased this two separate times – once for my daughter’s birthday party which would of put the best by date right in line with the dates above. Then again this Saturday to share for Easter… that container has a 5/15 date on it but I tossed it out as I don’t think it’s worth the risk. Had stomach cramping and loose BM but I just assumed it was from the bug going around….
Would like to better understand where these “outbreaks” start & what out brilliant government (FDA) is doing to reduce the risk. Very thankful our kids didn’t eat any.

  • Very Frustrated – Columbus, OH

I’ve tried calling LaTerra Fina, I still haven’t heard back from them. This dip made myself and 2 year old very sick with listeria. That’s great they have a hotline number set-up.. Its a voice mail box and no one responds to the messages. Very frustrating!!

Both my wife and myself have had the exact symptoms described as being caused by Listeria after eating some spinach/artichoke dip from our local Publix supermarket. If they make it themselves then I can assume it’s connected to either the spinach or the artichoke. Now I need to know who to contact next?

  • Mary

I ate this product in early march and just had a miscarriage for unknown reasons. I hope eating this product didn’t cause my miscarriage, since I worked very hard to stay away from the “what not to eat” foods in pregnancy.

  • SickinMontana

I ate two containers of the Greek yogurt and spinich dip and am violently sick. I went to the doctor, yesterday, for tests. I purchased the products in Kalispell, Montana.
