As part of our ongoing outreach to the public and food safety experts, as well as public health and industry leaders, Food Safety News is sponsoring a booth at the 2010 Food Safety Education Conference in Atlanta this week.

The conference, co-hosted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and NSF International–a not-for-profit NGO leader in standards development, inspections, testing, and certification–has attracted record-setting attendance. Over 700 experts in the field, ranging from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) officials to strawberry food safety specialists, are participating in the sessions.

Also, find live coverage and discussion of the events by following us on Twitter at @foodsafetynews. We’re using the conference hashtag, which is #fsec2010.
