Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Texas Steakhouse Sickens At Least 30

At least 30 people have been sickened in a Salmonella outbreak linked to Ten in Texas steakhouse in Dalhart, TX, according to local news website myhighplains.com.  Last week, the restaurant voluntarily closed for cleaning and sanitization and has since been cleared to reopen.  Officials from the Texas Department of State Health Services say they have not identified the specific source of contamination within the restaurant and that all testing came back negative for Salmonella.  Little other information has been made available.
