Company recalls frozen porotta in Canada because of undeclared milk
Published:

Vaaniy Foods is recalling its frozen porotta because it has undeclared milk, which is a known allergen.

The recalled product was distributed in Ontario, according to a notice from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The Vaaniy 400-gram frozen porotta can be identified by the following label information: UPC number 8 902550 003475 and best by date of August 2026.

The recall follows a recall of the company’s frozen porotta catering packs which have the same best by date and the UPC number 8 902550 006384. The catering packs weigh 1 kg.

This recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency test results.

There have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of this product.
