All five people convicted in the Peanut Corporation of America (PCA) criminal case are now in federal custody. Samuel Lightsey and Daniel Kilgore, the former plant manager and former operations manager, respectively, for PCA’s ill-fated peanut processing facility at Blakely, GA, have voluntarily surrendered to their assigned federal prisons.
