If you missed any of the sessions at this year’s Summit, you’re in luck. The 2021 Food Safety Summit will have all sessions available on demand for a year.

All sessions remain available in a virtual portal for up to one year so you can review anything you didn’t catch live.

The virtual event, held May 11-13, was attended by more than 1,300 food safety professionals including attendees from  industry such as Walt Disney, Coca-Cola, Publix Supermarkets, The Kraft Heinz Company, Blue Bell Creameries, Costco, and many others, as well as experts from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other state and local regulatory organizations.

Participants heard from a roster of speakers who shared their experiences during the global pandemic and the most important lessons learned. Traditional food safety topics were also explored.

The Food Safety Summit organizers would like to extend their sincere gratitude to this year’s attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and staff who made this event a success. The support they receive keeps them returning year after year, event organizers said.
