More Whey Protein Recalled in Canada

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume the Jump 6 brand Strawberry Flavour Whey Protein because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella.

This recall is related to a larger recall of whey protein products by Vitalabs.

Jump 6 brand Strawberry Flavour Whey Protein, imported by CGBI of Ajax, ON, was sold in 30 g pouches bearing codes 12.12 and 03364.

This product has been distributed to CGBI clients in Ontario.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.
