The O’Fallon, MO-based Schnuck Markets Inc. Saturday recalled approximately 62 pounds of ready-to-eat grilled chicken products due to undercooking, resulting in the potential survival of bacterial pathogens in the products, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

Schnuck Markets Inc. of St. Louis, MO, is recalling the Chef’s Express California Pasta Salad sold in its Deli/Chef’s Express departments from April 2-14, 2015, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was distributed to 99 Schnucks stores in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa.
