B. Brett Finlay
B. Brett Finlay is the Peter Wall Distinguished Professor and Professor in the Michael Smith Laboratories, Microbiology and Immunology, and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UBC. His research interests are understanding the molecular mechanisms of bacterial enteric diseases caused by Salmonella and E. coli, and has authored over 450 papers in this area. He is an Officer of the Order of Canada, and a member of the Canadian Royal Society.
