Food safety week focuses on raw fish risk

Some of the risks associated with eating raw fish have been highlighted ahead of Australian Food Safety Week.

Research from the Food Safety Information Council shows 60 percent of Australians consume raw fish or seafood, and 17 percent do so at least once a week. The survey was conducted online by Omnipoll in August with 1,239 people older than 18.
