Broad support for EU’s revised cereulide controls in infant formula

The U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) was among a dozen groups to comment on plans by the European Commission to introduce cereulide limits for infant formula.

USDEC’s main concerns were around analytical considerations and transitional measures. The council represents trade interests of U.S. dairy farmers, dairy processors and cooperatives, dairy ingredient suppliers and export companies.
