There were 207 reports in July, 215 in June, 150 in May, 188 in April, 204 in March, 159 in February, and 189 in January 2026. Earlier data for 2025 shows 196 in December, 194 in November, 223 in October, 164 in September, 166 in August, 136 in July, 164 in June and 129 in May.

Twenty alerts mentioned the United States in July. The majority were related to supplements but one was the unpermitted additive calcium disodium EDTA in a carbonated soft drink.
