More than 1,100 people fell sick in 56 foodborne outbreaks in Denmark in 2025, according to recently released figures.
The report is produced by the National Food Institute at the Technical University of Denmark, Statens Serum Institut, and the Danish Veterinary, Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Agency.
