Health agencies told to pay costs in Listeria case

A judge in South Africa has criticized the conduct of two health agencies and told them to pay costs in a case related to the Tiger Brands Listeria incident.

The National Health Laboratory Service (NHLS) and National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) were ordered to pay the costs of the applicants and Tiger Brands in a judgement at Johannesburg High Court in May.
