Hummus sold in Oregon and Washington recalled because of plastic in product

Pacific Coast Fresh CO of Portland, OR, is recalling King Harvest Spinach Hummus because of the potential for plastic fragments in the product.

According to the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), the recall was initiated on Sept. 28, 2024, and is ongoing.

The recalled product was distributed in Oregon and Washington.

Recalled product:

King Harvest Spinach Hummus, perishable and refrigerated, packed in plastic tubs with tamper evident lids.

Retailers and consumers should not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.
