FDA Ramping Up Microbiological Sampling of Cucumbers, Hot Peppers

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is increasing its microbiological testing of cucumbers and hot peppers, two vegetables that have been linked with several foodborne outbreaks.  The agency
