The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has ordered a recall of certain tahini because government tests have shown it is contaminated with Salmonella.

Elsafadi Investments Ltd. is recalling Al Kanater brand Tahini because of possible Salmonella contamination, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The recall was triggered by CFIA test results.
