Rachelle Williams is The Green Food Safety Coach. She is a food technologist, qualified trainer, and lead auditor. Rachelle works with food businesses to make green and safe food. She is a member in good standing of several professional food and speaking bodies, and is also passionate about preventing food poisoning in the home. Although developing and implementing both food safety programs and quality systems for clients is one of the main tasks Rachelle does as The Green Food Safety Coach, her favorite work is food safety training. Her belief is that although food safety is deadly serious, the training should be fun, as people learn more and remember it.
