A Canadian company, Olymel, is recalling chicken nuggets because bone pieces have been found in the product.

The Swiss Chalet brand frozen chicken breast nuggets are sold in 700-gram cardboard boxes. The recalled nuggets are marked with the UPC number 066701011479 and one of the following codes, BB 2025 SE 07 or BB 2025 SE 26, on the top of the boxes.

The nationwide recall was triggered by the company, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

The CFIA is concerned that consumers may have unused portions of the recalled, frozen chicken nuggets in their homes and urges them to check label information if they do.

Consumers should not eat the recalled product and should dispose of it.

No reports of injuries related to this product had been reported as of the posting of the recall on Feb. 19.
