The Northwest Food Sanitation Workshop addresses basic sanitation as well as cutting edge issues related to food sanitation and food safety. Topics having broad interest are covered in the general sessions. More specific subjects are discussed in small breakout sessions. The event is co-sponsored by Washington State University Extension, the Northwest Food Processors Association, Oregon State University Extension Service and the University of Idaho Extension System.
