The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette [is reporting](http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/region/whole-foods-recalls-possibly-tainted-cheese-644459/?ref=foodsafetynews.com) that the Allegheny County Health Department and Whole Foods Market are recalling Jean Perrin Edel de Cleron cheese sold at the Whole Foods store in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood after a person became ill with Listeria contamination and samples tested positive for Listeria. The cheese was packaged in clear plastic wrap and featured the Whole Foods scale label with a code beginning with the number 293351, the Post-Gazette reports. The victim, a 68 year-old man diagnosed with listeriosis in late may or early June, has since recovered. The cheese was sold between May 20 and July 3\. Whole Foods is refunding all recalled cheese. Customers may contact the health department at 412-687-2243.
