**Food Safety News** is teaming up with Consumer Bell, U.S. Food Safety, and Grow Green Industries for a consumer-focused food safety webinar on Tuesday, May 22.

[Food Safety: How to Protect Your Family’s Plate](http://blog.consumerbell.com/2012/05/14/consumerbell-hosts-food-safety-webinar-the-411-on-food-safety/?ref=foodsafetynews.com) will discuss food recalls, best food safety practices, as well as the latest in food safety policy and news.

Our Washington, DC-based reporter, Helena Bottemiller, Susan Reef from U.S. Food Safety, Mareya Ibrahim of Grow Green Industries, and Derek Lactaoen from ConsumerBell are taking part in the event.

This is a great opportunity for consumers interested in learning more about food safety and what you and your family are eating!
