Undeclared allergens force recall of 11.5 tons of veal products

R&R Provision Company Inc. in Easton, PA, Thursday recalled 23,040 pounds of breaded veal products because of misbranding and undeclared allergens, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Veal Recalled After Positive Test for E. Coli O157:H7

Duvall, WA-based ZYK Enterprises Inc. has recalled 2,522 pounds of boneless veal trim and whole veal muscle cut products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.
