Indiana Store Fined, Placed on Probation for Food Safety Violations

A Mishawaka, IN, gas station and convenience store operator has been fined for repeatedly violating county health code violations. Philly Boy’s, located in the Marathon gas station in Mishawaka, has been ordered to pay $1,100 in fines and put on probation for six months.
