Fresh Express Recalls Bagged Spinach

California’s Fresh Express announced on Tuesday that it has recalled 2,939 cases of bagged spinach because it might be contaminated with Salmonella. Random sample testing turned up a positive test for Salmonella, which prompted the recall, the Salinas-based company said in a news release.
