Avocados Recalled for Salmonella Risk

A Houston, Texas company issued a voluntary recall of 80 cases of whole avocados after the product tested positive for Salmonella. Latin Specialties, Inc. recalled the avocados, which it received from grower Unity Groves Corp. of Florida, on October 30.
