Zach Mallove graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2009. A novice in the realm of food safety, Zach quickly immersed himself in the firm’s ongoing litigation and case work and found the breadth of material to be fascinating. As a Government and Legal studies dual major, Zach has been particularly interested in the room for improvement in United States’ food safety policy, especially when compared to the successful food safety programs of countries like New Zealand, Japan, and Australia.
