Zach Mallove graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2009. A novice in the realm of food safety, Zach quickly immersed himself in the firm’s ongoing litigation and case work and found the breadth of material to be fascinating. Zach left Food Safety News in early 2010 to work on Capitol Hill.
