Tom Stenzel is president and CEO of the United Fresh Produce Association in Washington D.C. He has been with the non-profit organization for more than 20 years. United Fresh members include people from the fresh produce supply chain, from seed to store. The focus of the organization is described on its website as follows: “We empower industry leaders to join forces to shape sound government policy. We deliver the resources and expertise companies need to succeed in managing complex business and technical issues.
