Eric Bradley is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS), a Certified Professional of Food Safety (CP-FS), and has worked in Environmental Health/Food Safety for over 15 years. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Environmental Health and is currently working on his Masters of Public Health through American Public University. Eric is a ServSafe instructor/proctor and a member of NACCHO’s food safety workgroup, NACCHO-FDA’s Food Safety Advisory Group and the Partnership for Food Protection’s Local Agency Engagement Workgroup.
