Ohio-based Carl Rittberger Sr., Inc. has recalled roughly 9,000 pounds of fully-cooked deli items because of a possible contamination of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported. The following products purchased by retailers between June 25 and July 6 have been recalled: Spiced loaf, breakfast loaf, garlic bologna, German brand bologna, wieners, grillers, kielbasa, straight HB roll and natural casing wieners. The bacteria was found during routine testing by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. The product that tested positive never left the plant.
