The video is interesting.It is focusing on cross contamination but forgetting the general food safety hazards. Since she is using bare hands, placing chicken above other product in fridge, not wearing head cap, and also the method of hand washing she use is not appropriate for food safety. There should be not a direct contact with the tape after washing your hands, the tissue should be used to close the tape. Also she is not removing her jewelry stuff. Anyway, thanks for her video but be careful in future when you make any video to see different aspects for it.
