Four-Day Course Objectives:
The New Auditor Training Course provides attendees the knowledge necessary to perform a GMA-SAFE Assessment. The entire policies and procedures and the assessment collection tool are reviewed during the course. Attendees will not be trained how to become a food auditor, but how to utilize the GMA-SAFE Assessment. A 100-question examination is given the morning of the 4th day (Friday) and an auditor must receive a 72% on that test to become a certified GMA-SAFE auditor.
