While working both in an office and industrial setting, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities to implement and apply the ADM Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental policies. As you assist in directing the location to be in constant compliance with all federal, state and local government regulations, you will develop and implement programs, maintain records and reports, and conduct training in health and safety, food safety, environmental compliance, sanitation, and quality (including orientation, annual training and training for contractors). You will prepare reports, implement requirements, supervise employees, and work closely with all departments in the plant environment. You will also coordinate and participate in audits, as well as prioritize and track audit findings, and recommend corrective action to help ensure that unsafe behavior and conditions are corrected.
