FDA’s Food Recall Work For Past Week

Wife cake with undeclared egg and wheat, jalapeno peppers with Salmonella and smoked fish and peragrina cheeses with Listeria all top this week’s enforcement report from the U.S. Food & Drug & Administration.

The report covering recalls and field corrections includes Class I, II and III actions by FDA.

Most of the Class II and III recalls involve misbranding and undeclared ingredients, but some do involve more exciting infractions like those involving pesticides and metal fragments.

Here’s the list for the week ending Nov. 11th:
