Teaching Food Safety Presented in Spanish

The California Strawberry Commission is sponsoring Teaching Food Safety: How to Communicate Food Safety Practices to Strawberry Harvest Workers.  The training will be held from 10:00 am -12:15 pm.  Registration begins at 9:30 am at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge, located at 1309 N. Bradley Road, Santa Maria, CA.



Learn how to use the California Strawberry Commission's "Food Safety Practices for Harvest Workers" flip chart to train workers effectively. This training benefits anyone who trains harvest workers in food safety practices: growers, foremen, supervisors and shipper food safety staff.
